Cynthia was elected in November 2010 to serve as Wyoming’s 20

Cynthia’s career includes over 16 years in public accounting and as a successful business owner. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1991 with a BS in Accounting. Cynthia is an active supporter of her community. She is a Park County Leadership Institute graduate, a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and Past-Treasurer, Past-Chair of the Buffalo Bill Art Show and Sale, and Past-Board member of the Park County Republican Women.

Cynthia and her husband of 16 years, Charles, have four children: Luke, Morgan, Connor and Wyatt. Their eldest son, Luke, is a fourth generation Marine who served in Iraq.
